Frank Bannister can see and talk with ghosts after a car crash that develops psychic abilities for him. So, the world is not safe even for ghosts, there are someone who escaped from hell and tries to kill more people on earth. Really funny and great Surround image on the audio! A good family movie, atleast I think so :D
